PE Engineer (Electronics/Mechanical)

Our client is a foreign- invested manufacturing company, now looking for aPE Engineer (Electronics/Mechanical, $1.100, ID19530):

Prepare detailed technical reports and submit periodic updates to the direct supervisor.
Optimize processes to ensure production capacity while lowering operational costs.
Develop, update, and maintain standard documents, work instructions, and checklists for manufacturing operations.
Source, evaluate, and coordinate the procurement of machinery, equipment, tooling, and auxiliary materials; prepare necessary items for new product introduction.
Assess and resolve issues related to production feasibility, technical limitations, and design improvements.
Address production issues through innovative methods, advanced tools, and new technologies.
Lead pre- production and mass production activities to ensure products comply with required specifications.
Conduct root- cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce defect rates.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.
Provide technical support to production teams based on job requests.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety and maintain good housekeeping conditions.
Collaborate with the quality team to address quality problems and enhance product standards.
Review, analyze, and define assembly methods; estimate cutting and processing times.

Good command of English
Male; Age: 24- 45 years old.
Hands- on experience working with SAP systems.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Production Engineer in factories specializing in machinery, mechanics, electrical or electronic products; experience in sewing machine manufacturing is a strong advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/ MechanicalEngineering or a closely related technical field.
