PE - Trainer

Support the assessment of workers&039; skills, equipment operation capacity, and process compliance.
Report training results, employee skill status, and propose periodic training plans.
Ensures that safe work practices are and reports problems.
Support the implementation of productivity improvement projects and reduce errors in the production line.
Responsible for maintaining the plant in satisfactory working order according to agreed standards to optimize the production process.
Training for Production Department operators and maintaining training records. And evaluating workers in QC.
Assess production operator skills and QC operator skills
Coordinate with QA/QC, production, and engineering departments to update and improve training materials.
Conduct technical training, production processes, and operating standards (SOP, WI) for production staff.
Construct, design new tool, jig, machine for production.

Equivalent Education Level Required
Experience Required (at least 2 năm)
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Automation, Mechatronics or equivalent)
Some experience in a manufacturing environment and some engineering design experience under supervision.
