People & Culture Manager

Manage the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, transfers, and resignations.
Coordinate employee engagement, social activities, and staff accommodation.
Support recruitment, update job descriptions, and maintain HR operational guidelines.
Monitor the work environment and escalate improvement insights to senior leadership.
Collaborate with Finance on payroll and produce regular HR reports.
Oversee annual performance reviews, insurance administration, and internal communications.
Manage remuneration practices, salary benchmarking, and conduct exit interviews.
Ensure strict compliance with labor laws, work permits, and HR documentation.
Yêu cầu công việc
Excellent interpersonal skills with an analytical and solutions- focused mindset.
Essential knowledge and experience working with Vietnamese labor laws.
Strong multi- tasking and coordination skills in a fast- paced environment.
Ability to remain calm and practical under pressure and tight deadlines.
Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Management, or a related field.
Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar HR role within hospitality.
