People & Culture Manager, People Partner (Can Tho Plant)

P&C Generalist support
- Advise on performance management issues and lead investigations
- Provide point of contact and support for people managers for those based in assigned sites
- Provide expertise, guidance and coaching to customers for complex and sensitive questions or support needs
- Provide P&C support and expertise to the business, answering and giving guidance to employee and manager questions about P&C programs, policies, and other P&C- related items
- Lead ER/IR cases for standard cases and provide ER/IR support to P&C BPs as required for complex cases
- Where appropriate, provide career guidance and coaching to individuals and managers
Operations role
- Provides support on general People services processes like supporting interviews (where local presence is necessary) and involuntary separation
- Act as the liaison between the Global/Regional People Excellence team and customers
- Assist P&C Leaders with planning and roll- out of P&C programs and initiatives
Other tasks will be assigned by the Line Manager
