People & Operations Intern

Write and refresh compelling job descriptions that reflect our employer brand’s tone and voice.
Post and schedule recruitment content across job boards and social media platforms, keeping all open roles updated and engaging.
Support the full hiring campaign cycle, from preparing recruitment materials and launching job posts to assisting with social media pushes and internal updates.
Brainstorm and create visual and written content (graphics, photos, short videos) that showcase our team culture and employee stories on social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok...)

Assisting with administrative and logistics tasks (e.g., managing shipping documents/contracts, maintaining HR records).
Support the planning and execution of internal engagement activities (culture events, team- building) and external recruiting events (career fairs, university partnerships).
Other tasks assigned by the manager.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
A genuine interest in People & Culture / HRBP / Employer Branding.
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
Hands- on skills in Canva, CapCut, or other designing tools for creating visuals and short- form videos for culture & hiring campaigns.
Ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, design AI, video editing AI) is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
A positive, proactive, and "get things done" attitude.
Must be able to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

Monthly allowance: $100/month.
