GROWTH / PERFORMANCE MARKETER

Reports to: CEO / Line Manager
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Working Location: Dong Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (formerly Binh Duong) – near HCMC National University Village

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
(Scope adjusted by level: Intern → Fresher → Junior)
Set up and manage analytics and tracking: GA4, Mixpanel/Amplitude, UTM tracking
Track and optimize key metrics: Signups, CAC, CPL, ROAS, CVR, Trial → Paid
Launch and optimize paid ads on Google Search, Meta, LinkedIn, and X (based on ICP)
Prepare performance reports and insights for Line Manager / CEO
Support and own the growth pipeline to drive leads, signups, and Trial → Paid conversion; optimize CAC/CPL
Use AI tools for SEO, content creation, performance analysis, and basic automation
Build and optimize lead gen, retargeting, and conversion funnels
Plan and execute growth initiatives across the funnel: Awareness → Lead → Trial → Paid
Collaborate on landing page optimization: A/B testing, CRO, heatmaps, session recordings
REQUIREMENTS
Intern: Final- year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Business, Data, or related fields
Foundational understanding of growth funnels, paid media, and performance metrics
Strong data- driven mindset, analytical thinking, and willingness to test and optimize
Fresher / Junior: 0–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Growth roles
Basic experience with analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar)
High sense of ownership, proactive attitude, and ability to execute with guidance
Hands- on usage of AI tools for SEO and marketing (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude)
Familiarity with paid ads platforms (Google, Meta; LinkedIn and X are a plus)
