Job Summary
PATI Group is seeking a Marketing Manager to support the Direct- to- Consumer (DTC) growth of the Men’s Health and Women’s Health product collections.
This role is responsible for overseeing end- to- end DTC performance and collaborating with internal teams to execute marketing initiatives.
Core Responsibilities
Agencies Management: Manage performance agencies to drive growth.
Product Launch Success: Work cross functionally with different stakeholders to prepare for product launch, optimization, and scale.
Team Growth: Collaborate with Marketing Operations team of 2- 3 to drive DTC growth by 2025.

Must- Have Requirements
Experience: Minimum 10 years of hands- on experience in DTC e- commerce marketing with a proven track record in performance growth.
Website & Landing Page Execution:
Familiar with Shopify and landing page builders such as Gempage, Replo, PageFly.
Able and willing to build landing pages and configure website settings independently.
Comfortable with performance analysis; strong mental math is a plus.
Demonstrates both action- oriented thinking (HOW) and strategic thinking (WHY) in decision- making.
Strong capability in budget planning and allocation (around 1 billion VND/month).
Candidate Type: Plug- and- Play candidate only; not suitable for candidates without practical experience.
Technical Skills: Hands- on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Email Marketing, TikTok Ads, and CRO tools.

Experience working with U.S. or EU e- commerce markets.
Experience with Klaviyo and marketing automation tools.
Growth experience in hyper- growth environments or startups scaling from Series A to Series C.

Income: Competitive salary per month + incentive based on performance (negotiate).
Performance Bonuses:
Monthly Bonus: If the team achieves a $1M net profit target, bonuses of $1K- $3K are paid monthly.
Annual Bonus: This can be up to 10 months of salary, based on performance measured by net profit, SOP, and adherence to cultural key behaviors.
Equity Offer: Potential to transition into a Head of Media / Marketing Director role with an equity offer.
