[Petfood] - Regional Sales Manager (North)

Key Responsibilities• Develop and execute sales strategies for the Northern region to achieve revenue and distribution goals.• Manage and motivate sales team members to deliver strong in- store performance and brand visibility.• Strengthen relationships with key accounts, including Modern Trade chains and independent pet shops.• Identify market opportunities, monitor competitors, and propose initiatives to capture market share.• Recruit, train, and coach sales team members to ensure capability growth and consistent results.• Collaborate closely with Marketing and Trade teams to plan promotions, visibility campaigns, and new product launches.• Prepare and analyze sales reports to support strategic decision- making.
