Qualifications:
• Ability to manage a training budget.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of learning and development best practices.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing training programs.
• Ability to analyze training needs and design effective training programs.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a learning and development role.
• Bachelor&039;s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
