Pharma Operation And Sales Support

· Support audits and inspections
· Ensure operation is compliant with GDP (Good Distribution Practice) and company SOPs.
· Review temperature monitoring data and investigate excursions when required.
· Review shipping documents and monitor shipment status, proactively manage delays.
· Coordinate domestic and international shipments of pharmaceutical products (air, sea, road).
· Support stock control of PCM cold packaging and cold room supplier, perform conditioning of the PCM as per SOPs
· Participate in customer meetings and monthly business reviews
· Ensure proper handling of temperature- sensitive products (2–8°C, 15–25°C,- 20°C, dry ice, LN2).

· At least 2- 3 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry
· Able to work under pressure.
· Good English communication skills (spoken & written)
· Pharmacy degree preferred
· Comfortable working with customers; friendly, proactive and service- oriented.
· Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
