Technical Management & Supervision
• Oversee technical process flow from design to production, identify bottlenecks, and coordinate with factories to resolve issues.
• Evaluate and approve sample stages, test results, and production readiness.
• Manage and supervise the technical team in developing detailed drawings, BOM, and product documentation for all furniture categories (indoor/outdoor).
• Control and ensure accuracy of all technical drawings, assembly guides, and testing protocols.
• Review and approve R&D plans, ensuring technical feasibility and compliance with standards.
Project Coordination & Cross- Department Collaboration
• Provide technical consultation to clients and internal teams; resolve technical issues effectively.
• Participate in supplier evaluation, audits, and product fairs (local or overseas).
• Support pricing development with technical expertise.
• Collaborate with BD, QA/QC, and Supply Chain teams to ensure designs meet quality, cost, and timeline requirements.
Reporting & Process Improvement
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices for the technical department.
• Propose and implement process improvements to enhance product quality and team efficiency.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on product development progress, quality performance, and technical risks to the Technical Manager and Board of Directors.
Team Leadership & Training
• Train and mentor junior technicians on design tools, production processes, and global standards.
• Assign, supervise, and review work performance of technical staff.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in furniture design/engineering/manufacturing, with 2+ years in a supervisory or management role.
• Capable of working under pressure, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in global sourcing or trading business models is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of materials, construction methods, production process, and international product standards.
• Strong technical background: proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks (2D/3D) and furniture R&D process.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem- solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Furniture Design, Industrial Design, Engineering, or related fields.
• Good English (written & spoken), proficient in Microsoft Office.
