PIE Engineer - Dau Giay (having shuttle bus)

JOB SUMMARY

​​- Be responsibility for Production Line Troubleshooting.
- Building the Line Standard and Auditing production compliance.​
- Be responsible for Efficiency Improvement.

​​- Work with relevant departments for production line troubleshooting (material, man, machine, method).
- Making the Weekly report for all issue and actions related to IPQC/OQC.
- Process Efficiency & Quality improvement (Short and Long- term improvement)
- Work with cross function for rework method & routing definition.
- Support ME (Manufacturing Engineering) team for running NPD project if needed.
- Support IE (Industrial Engineering) team for reviewing the method or WI if needed.​
- IPQC/OQC reject analysis. Line down follows up & improvement.
- Line audit, Gemba Walk.
- Analysis timely, find the root cause and effective action/solution.

REQUIREMENTS

Education: University, Major in Electric- Electronic, Mechatronic, Electrical, Industrial related

Good communication skills in English

Experience:

Good at PFMEA, VSM
- Fluent in WORD / EXCEL software and working knowledge
- Lean manufacturing
- Troubleshooting Tools
- DOE is a plus
