HOW WILL YOU CREATE IMPACT?
• Coordinate with suppliers about the product planning relevant job arrangements
• Handle daily correspondences from suppliers, Asia program management and planning, Global Planners
• Monitor supplier production capacity, production status and material management.
• Review suppliers’ performance in terms of On- Time- Delivery, planning flexibility and material availability with related vendors in their factories on regular basis. Proactively identify potential supply risks to resolve all the coming risks at the early stage.
• Work with suppliers, engineers, logistics and quality assurance staffs to meet delivery plan.
• Ensure good service and relationship towards internal and external stakeholders & customers.
• Ensure system accuracy of production orders and planning parameters.
• Manage the raw material/WIP inventory of our vendors to ensure material availability and control the liability.
• Handle purchasing, planning and distribution activities for assigned suppliers independently.
• Expedite suppliers schedule and delivery.
• Follow up rejects status and results, from quality control inspection.
• Help and coach the vendors to improve their reliabilities and promote the cooperation
• Understand the capacities of assigned products and work closely with vendors to achieve committed capacities (manpower, machine, method, facilities and so on)
• Supervise vendors’ daily production plans vs output. Ensure the production plans can fulfill delivery schedule and plan execution on daily basis.
• Follow up all the supply issues of assigned products If any potential or existing OTD failure happens, work with vendors and different internal teams closely to minimize the impact ASAP and figure out corrective actions.
