Planning Officer

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage Master Data and Parameters to be input into SAP and extract data from SAP to serve Demand & Supply planning tasks.
Keep tracking the company’s inventory, maintain enough inventory to meet demands.
Coordinate with transporters & WH to implement internal transfer plan with tracking & qualifying supplying service.
Analyze available data from demand planning (Forecast accuracy & Bias) to propose/implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy
Responsible for internal transfer & STO process in system with monitor & transport arrangement with transport cost reported & updated.
Analyzing inventory reports and recommend changes the way the company handles inventory if any. Report and tracking Aging Stock Movement.
Develop effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns. Conduct Monthly Demand & Supply Review.
Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts both business opportunities and demand- related issues in a timely and effective manner.

Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or other relevant fields.
Experience :
Ø Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures.
Ø Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.
Ø 3+ years of working experience in Demand & Supply Planning role.
Others :
Ø Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ø Capability to multitask in a fast- paced environment.
Ø Strong management data and analytical skills.
