Production Planning & Scheduling
- Develop weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly production plans based on the targets assigned by the Corporation
- Coordinate with relevant departments to identify needs in materials, output volumes, manpower, and logistics resources
- Implement production schedules ensuring feasibility and continuity across the supply chain.
Procurement & Supply Chain Management
- Advise on procurement strategies and develop supply plans for materials, ingredients, chemicals, and spare parts
- Lead the procurement process for goods, assets, tools, and materials within authorized scope.
- Collaborate with the Procurement Department and internal departments to ensure a timely supply with the right quality and specifications
- Review procurement documents, contracts, acceptance records, and payment procedures
- Evaluate and manage suppliers; participate in procurement contract negotiations.
Warehouse & Inventory Management
- Oversee goods receiving, issuing, storage, and preservation in the material and finished goods warehouses
- Monitor stock levels to meet production needs while optimizing inventory costs
- Manage delivery of finished beer products, by- products, and waste materials; ensure compliance with procedures and documentation.
- Organize asset/tool disposal and waste handling in accordance with regulations.
System & Procedure Management
- Establish and manage systems for data, records, and reports related to planning, procurement, and warehousing.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting in compliance with SABECO and Board management requirements.
- Maintain and improve ISO systems relevant to the department&039;s functions
