Wash Planning & Control
Monitor wash progress and control wash delivery and return schedules
Conduct factory visits to monitor and control production progress
Follow up and expedite approval of Shadeband and technical parameters for first bulk production
Develop and manage monthly overall wash plans for each factory
Packing Management
Monitor and follow up factory packing schedules to ensure on- time completion
Final Inspection Coordination
Update final inspection schedules to the QA team
Prepare final inspection schedules with factories
Track and ensure adherence to final inspection timelines
Shipping Coordination
Monitor shipment dates and ensure on- time dispatch
Prepare weekly and monthly shipping schedules
Issue Management & Coordination
Update management on order and style- related information
Escalate critical or exceptional issues to management
Consolidate, track, and update all issues arising during order execution
Coordinate with relevant departments and factories to resolve issues promptly
Arrange and lead meetings with factories to resolve operational issues
WFX System Management
Manage finished goods receiving and assign outbound shipments to external factories
Create FPO and FPPO in the WFX system
Reporting
Monitor and report pending wash status
Prepare reports on wash progress and wash stock status

Minimum 2- 3 years of experience in a similar position
Knowledge of garment washing processes is an advantage
good skill in ERP, Excel, PowerPoint.
Major: Textile/Garment, College or university degree in Garment/Textile Engineering or Industrial Management
Ability to communicate in English
