Planning Staff

+ Coordinate delivery dates and lead times with the sales team.
+ Monitoring production progress to ensure alignment with delivery schedules and inventory plans, including active follow- up with production teams.
+ Collaborating closely with procurement, production, warehouse, sales and logistic to ensure smooth operations.
+ Identifying and resolving discrepancies in Bills of Materials (BOM), routings, and production timings.
+ End- to- end planning and coordination of the entire production chain of the allocated product group – From raw material till finished good.
+ Printing production orders, handing them over to production, and discussing priorities with production.
+ Creating and maintaining detailed production schedules based on demand, capacity, timing.
+ Meeting delivery schedules and maintaining optimal inventory levels.
+ Continuous adjustment of plans according to actual output and production performance.
+ Ensuring material availability and optimal resource allocation across all production stages.
+ Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.

+ General understanding of Wiha products and processes
+ Flexibility and reliability in daily business operations.
+ Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
+ Engish level IETLS 5.0 or above
+ Confident handling of ERP systems
+ Ability to work effectively in a team- oriented environment and collaborate across departments.
