Planning & Warehouse Intern

Work Location: Nhon Trach 1, Dong Nai: 2 roles

Warehouse Intern Responsibilities

Verify that outbound finished products match both physical stock and ERP records, and complete all required dispatch documentation.
Conduct inventory counts according to scheduled cycles: daily, weekly, monthly, or annually.
Handle internal stock transfers, including location changes and movements between regular, RMA, and MRB warehouses.
Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including common formulas.
Record all transactions for receiving goods, raw materials, and finished products in the ERP system.
Process all transactions for issuing goods, raw materials, and finished products from the ERP system.
Print warehouse labels for inbound goods in compliance with established guidelines and regulations.

Planner Intern Responsibilities

Compile and prepare consolidated reports summarizing production order status, highlighting completed tasks, pending work, and issues requiring attention from production or planning teams.
Participate in internal meetings on production planning and progress reviews. Take clear, accurate meeting minutes and ensure action items and responsibilities are properly documented and communicated.
Monitor and track the progress of all production orders daily, promptly identifying delays or changes. Update notes and remarks in the daily production plan to maintain accuracy.
Required Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and English.

Eligibility

Majors: Industrial Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Internship Duration: 3 months.
Working Time: Available to work at least 4 days per week.
