POD Intern – Full-Time

Job Description
As a POD Intern, you’ll be part of the team that manages and optimizes online stores (Etsy, Amazon and similar marketplaces). You will gain practical experience in how global Print- on- Demand (POD) businesses work — from listing products to delivering them worldwide.

Providing basic customer support: replying to messages, assisting with refunds, and keeping customers happy.
Monitoring store performance metrics (views, conversion rate, reviews, etc.) and summarizing insights.
Collaborating with the Design Team to upload visuals, mockups, and new product concepts.
Preparing simple reports, organizing data, and helping with administrative or operational tasks.
Supporting order fulfillment: checking product details, sending print files to POD partners, tracking shipments, and ensuring smooth delivery.
Maintaining compliance: performing basic trademark/IP checks and following marketplace policies.
Creating and optimizing product listings following SOPs (titles, tags, descriptions, FAQs, images).

Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Docs, and Photoshop or Canva for simple image edits.
No prior experience required — training will be provided.
Availability: Full- time (40 hours per week).
Good sense of responsibility and time management.
Strong written English for product descriptions and messaging.
Detail- oriented, disciplined, and eager to learn new digital tools.
Open- minded, positive attitude, and team spirit.
