Pool Attendant - Nhân Viên Cứu Hộ Bể Bơi

POSITION SUMMARY:
Ensure the guest life safety within Swimming Pool area./Đảm bảo an toàn tính mạng cho khách trong khu vực Bể bơi.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Carry out swimming training and courses when required./- Thực hiện các khóa đào tạo và huấn luyện bơi lội khi được yêu cầu.
- Check the lifesaving and first aid equipment when on duty./Kiểm tra các trang thiết bị cứu sinh, sơ cứu khi làm nhiệm vụ.
- Ensure the security of guests’ belongings./- Đảm bảo an ninh tài sản của khách.
- Adopt measures immediately when found the chlorine content or water temperature is not match the standard./- Áp dụng biện pháp xử lý ngay khi phát hiện hàm lượng clo hoặc nhiệt độ nước không đạt tiêu chuẩn.
- Conduct first aid immediately when the guest is drowning./- Tiến hành sơ cứu ngay khi khách bị đuối nước.
- Pay more attention on the kids./- Hãy quan tâm nhiều hơn đến trẻ em.
- Conducts the text of chlorine content and water temperature each hour and make record./- Tiến hành đo nồng độ clo và nhiệt độ nước theo từng giờ và lập biên bản.
- Following all hotel Policies & Procedures./- Tuân thủ tất cả các Chính sách & Thủ tục của khách sạn.
- Dissuade the guest whose behavior is against the safety policy./- Can ngăn những khách có hành vi vi phạm chính sách an toàn.
- Complete other tasks which assigned by the leader./- Hoàn thành các nhiệm vụ khác do lãnh đạo giao.

ABILITIES / KEY COMPETENCIES / SKILLS:
- Good communication skills.
- Lifesaving Certification is required.
EDUCATION / CERTIFICATES / EXPERIENCE:
- High School or Vocational Certificate in massage therapy or equivalent.
- 1 year related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
