Post Sales Security Engineer

Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain multi- vendor security infrastructures.
Collaborate with PreSales, Project teams, and clients to ensure effective implementation and operations.
Deploy and operate XDR, SIEM, EDR, DLP, and Firewall systems for enterprise clients.
Participate in SOC activities: monitoring, threat detection, analysis, and incident response.
Develop technical documentation, operational playbooks, and provide training/handover to clients.

Knowledge of security compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, MITRE ATT&CK) is a plus.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, teamwork, and communication skills.
Certifications from Palo Alto, Kaspersky, Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, or equivalent are a strong advantage.
Strong knowledge of networking & security fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPN, IDS/IPS, SSL/TLS, DNS).
3–5 years of experience as a Security Engineer or similar role.
Hands- on experience in deploying or operating XDR, SIEM, or SOC platforms.

Training and certification sponsorship from top security vendors.
