JOB SUMMARY
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Be responsible for activities and duties areas of Power systems and manufacturing engineering in all building while also supporting Building Facilities Department and company goals. Develop processes, procedures, and provide the necessary technical expertise that achieves and increasingly effective operation and maintenance.

Other tasks are assigned by Building Facilities Manager
Training technicians in methods, procedures, and use of equipment and work aid, such as hand tools, and test equipment.
Make sure that all electric devices are labeled and are updated into the Maximo system.
Develop safety programs and training in coordination with other departments related to all team and operational associations in regard to interactions with electrical equipment.
To support the supervision of the new construction & renovation projects such as Solar project.
Record and update power energy daily to further weekly report and analysis.
List electrical devices & Equipment needed to PM in weekly, monthly, quarterly . . .
Receive daily work order from Building Facility Manager to assign & management technicians to perform PM, CM activities, completed in strict accordance technical procedure, quality, safety timely and cleaning working area after completion.
Execution of assigned work order from Building Facility Manager in daily, weekly, monthly.
Ensure that all electrical circuits, distribution systems, control areas, and materials used are compliant with all applicable governmental, corporate, and FM global standards and codes.
Make the work completion reports, maintenance record, checklist in daily, weekly & monthly.
Work with the Building Facility Manager to help develop the preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance schedules for all DBs, MSBs, RMU, transformers, busways, circuit breakers, MCCBs, solar system, … for all buildings and substations. Develop BMS and SCADA to automate the power system to real- time monitoring and control.
Work with local EVN company to clarify the requirement of 22kV operation and maintenance.
Request materials and supplies, such as tools, machines, and replacement parts for work activities ensuring compliance to safety and quality standards.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY
Direct instruct the activities of electrical to ensure safe operation and maintenance of all substations, power systems.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Engineering degree in a related technical field of study or equivalent experience required. Related technical courses, vendor training, and company specific courses desirable.

Experience

5 or more years of maintenance management level experience required.
Experienced in PLC, BMS and SCADA system: Siemens, Ignition, …
Certified knowledge base of electrical standards and safety.
Hands- on mechanical, electrical, and electronic experience required.
Experience utilizing computerized maintenance systems required.

Knowledge of:

Proficiency and understanding of IoT and SCADA for implementation of Smart Factory Systems.
Good knowledge of MS Office, MS project, construction/project management software.
Business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources mode, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
Proficiency at AutoCAD 2D & 3D, Revit, …
Principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
The practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services.
Machines and tools, including their designs, operations, repair, and maintenance.
The structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
