PR Executive (Phu Quoc Based)

Manage the organisation&039;s social media presence, creating engaging content and responding to inquiries
Organise and manage press conferences, media events, and promotional activities
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local and international media representatives
Stay abreast of industry trends and local cultural nuances to inform PR strategies
Assist in crisis management situations, developing appropriate communication strategies
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather information for PR materials and campaigns
Monitor and analyse media coverage, preparing regular reports on PR initiatives and their impact
Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies aligned with our organisation&039;s goals and objectives
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
Craft compelling press releases, media kits, and other communication materials to effectively convey our messages

Experience in social media management and content creation
Minimum of 2 years&039; experience in PR, Marketing, or Communications, preferably in the hospitality industry
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
Crisis management skills and the ability to think on one&039;s feet
Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
Strong media relations skills and a proven track record of securing positive media coverage
Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications (preferred)
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast- paced environment
Demonstrated ability in event planning and execution
Culturally sensitive with the ability to navigate diverse business environments
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of the local Phu Quoc and Vietnamese media landscape (preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Vietnamese is a plus
