Pre-Production Planner

Main Role: responsible for tracking and executing the delivery and return of semi- finished and finished goods from UA to external outsourcing units (e.g., printing, embroidery). This role ensures outsourced items are delivered on time and returned in accordance with the production schedule and customer shipment deadlines
Main tasks:

Receive cutting plans from the Production Preparation Planning Team Leader
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Production Preparation Planning Team Leader
Follow up based on order lead times and actual production requirements to ensure timely return of goods
Monitor the delivery schedule of semi- finished goods (BTP) from the cutting section to external outsourcing departments (printing, embroidery, etc.)
Report the status of outsourced goods to the Planning Team Leader to coordinate delivery and receipt plans

Education: Graduated from college or higher
Knowledge: Understand the work of the parts such as: technical- stamping, cutting, sewing, finishing
Experience: Having 1- 2 years’ experience working in the garment / manufacturing industry with the same position
