Pre-Sales Engineer (Kỹ Sư Tư Vấn Giải Pháp)

Customer Consultation and Support:

Assist customers in comprehending and resolving technical challenges related to TP- Link&039;s SMB products.
Address customers&039; technical inquiries, propose solutions, and technical recommendations.
Advise customers on network device and Wi- Fi SMB solutions tailored to their requirements.

Market Analysis:

Monitor market trends within the realm of enterprise network and Wi- Fi equipment.
Keep up- to- date with competitor products and perform comparative analyses with TP- Link&039;s offerings.

Sales Department Support:

Participate in discussions and negotiations with clients to finalize contracts.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and propose suitable technical solutions.

Training and Education:

Organize training sessions for the sales team regarding new products and solutions.
Develop product documentation to enhance the sales team&039;s and customers&039; understanding of products.

Technical Proficiency:

Capable of conducting tests and demonstrating solutions effectively to clients.
Possess broad knowledge of network and Wi- Fi products and solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical role, with a focus on security surveillance systems, wired and wireless networking.
Certification in network or security management (e.g., CCNA, CISSP) is a plus.
Excellent problem- solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Solid understanding of surveillance and security technologies, as well as networking principles and solution.
Strong communication
Proven track record of managing technical teams and projects.
