Role Overview: The Vice- Principal is a pivotal leadership position responsible for facilitating, mentoring, and driving instructional excellence across the stage area. Reporting directly to the Principal, the Vice- Principal serves as the vital link between high- level strategic vision and classroom reality. This role gathers and synthesizes data from Lead Teachers to drive decision- making processes that directly improve student learning and school culture.

Purpose:
The Vice- Principal provides strategic leadership, inspiration, and operational guidance to the teaching staff. They act as the "driver" of the school’s Action Plan, ensuring that the Principal’s vision and accreditation goals are operationalized. By line- managing Lead Teachers and Curriculum Coordinators, the Vice- Principal ensures that academic standards, safeguarding, and community engagement are seamlessly integrated into the school’s daily rhythm.

Qualifications &
Requirements:
Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Principal or Vice Principal in an international or bilingual primary school setting.
Bachelor’s degree in education / education Leadership, Master’s preferred.
Professional Teaching qualification/license/certification as applicable
