Overview
This intern project offers an opportunity on the integration of a newly installed digital sorting line within the production process. The core objective is to ensure seamless material flow, eliminate bottlenecks, and optimize line efficiency to minimize Work- In- Progress (WIP) inventory.
Key responsibilities

Integration: Collaborate with the team to fully integrate the digital sorting line with the rest of the processing workflow.
Maintenance Planning: Devise and propose an autonomous maintenance plan for the digital sorters to ensure system reliability and operational uptime.
Process Analysis & Balancing: Analyze the input and output of the digital sorting line and work to balance the material flow across the entire process to avoid WIP inventory buildup.
System Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of the working principles of Digital Sorters.

Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a relevant technical background.
