PROCESS ENGINEER (Forming/Sanding/Gluing/Assembly)

JOB PURPOSE:

Quantity: 8 Engineers
Develop and optimize manufacturing processes by analyzing and solving product development issues through analytical thinking, conducting trial builds to improve product appearance and dimensional accuracy, and preparing high- quality samples along with PPAP deliverables throughout the development phase.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Leading the process implementation, preparing process- related documents such as working instructions, ensuring the on- time delivery of samples, sassed conducting troubleshooting and problem- solving.
Supporting any R&D activities/projects in the technical department.
Conducting trial- out build and optimization and collecting information for lesson- learned database through the whole product development process.
Be responsible for conducting a feasibility study and submitting the report.
Reviewing product and tooling design with consideration of process and manufacturing.
Handing over the product development to the launch team in the pilot run, ensuring all the necessary data are provided and documents are updated, and supporting the launch team and production until the first pilot run summary.

Knowledge of APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC and PPAP is desired.
Knowledge of composite materials, structures, and layers.
Hands- on experience in 2D and 3D software: AutoCAD, SolidWorks.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technology.
Good English communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
