Process Engineer | Materials, Mill

JOB PURPOSE
Monitor, support CCR operation and optimize operation parameters and process in order to improve manufacturing process performance.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Process optimization and improvement Collect, analyze and assess daily operation data to recognize changes in process operation
+ Analyze root causes of problem to propose improvement plan
+ Support departments to calculate technical data based on guidelines
+ Monitor and analyze process and quality data of assigned area to find optimum parameters for operation
+ Monitor and assess waste treatment activities to propose actions for improvement
+ Execute key process activities as assigned
+ Coordinate with area owners to implement process modification and improvement
+ Study new initiatives, best practice in cement industry and propose for improvement
+ Conduct process measurements (gas flow, temperature, pressure profile, false air), calculate and evaluate process through measurement
2. Contribution to shutdowns and Capex projects Participate in shutdown planning
+ Supervise and control progress and work quality of assigned tasks in plant shutdown
+ Follow up shutdown AAR action log
+ Effectively participate in equipment commissioning of Capex projects and Plant shutdown
+ Support in process measurement and calculation for assigned Capex projects
3. Documents and data update Develop database for process analysis
+ Review and update existing work instructions
+ Develop new work instructions regarding changes in process operation
People development Develop and implement KPIs
+ Train CCR operators
+ Follow up multi skills training program
