Process Maintenance Engineer (3 shift working)

JOB SUMMARY
The Process Maintenance Engineer is responsible for ensuring the reliability and optimal performance of manufacturing equipment, with a focus on both electrical and mechanical systems. This role involves advanced troubleshooting, preventive and corrective maintenance, and continuous process improvement, while maintaining strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
• Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and equipment history records.
• Manage spare parts inventory and evaluate alternative components for cost- effectiveness and longevity.
• Analyze equipment performance data to improve MTTR, MTBF, and OEE.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Mentor and train technicians and junior engineers through hands- on guidance and development of One Point Lessons (OPLs)
• Perform risk assessments and ensure compliance with Safety and Regulatory requirements.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities to enhance equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Support equipment calibration, validation, and project execution.
• Troubleshoot complex issues in electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
