Process Specialis (QMM)

QMM operation focus:

Project management tool operation: requirement analysis, CR handling, tool admin function support, UAT, integration testing, training.
Release the quality related data/reports to QMM and delivery teams
Maintain QMM databases, QMM repository folders, Process Databases (OPAL) • QMS Release management plan, Process definition, Process improvement, Process consultant and query handling, Communication for all process changes. • Process release concept, process library structure understanding
PMT development (Process, Method, Tools)
Perform/coordinate the quality activities across departments and corporate teams
Perform/Prepare data for analysis at Org. level and lower if required.
Communication for all process and project management tools changes.
Coordinate the training/seminar/workshop related quality topic

Improvement journey:

Analysis process improvement idea and Organize CCB meeting and tracking status
Identify & collect good sample artifacts to submit to Process Database Library (OPAL)
Evaluate the Waivers or Alternate Practices, Learning audits, CARs, QG, Deviations
Support/Perform the process improvement / process harmonization with customers (where applicable)
LLBP, CAR&8D coordinator

Project focus:

Perform some quality audits at required projects: process compliance check, Data Quality verification.

Mandatory Skills:

Agile/Scrum
Good Communication skills in English Language
Quality Engineer, Quality inspection and testing
Teamwork, Able to work with different stakeholders and get their commitment
Patience, Working under pressure, Conflict management
Planning and organizing
Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Software Maintenance Lifecycle (SMLC),
Data collection and analysis, SQL
Customer service orientation
Office experience and Reporting skill: MS Excel, Word, PPT, VBA and Scripting (good to have)
Power BI desktop (reporting and DAX- Data Analysis Expressions) Desirable Skills:
ISO 9001:2015, ISO/TS 16949, ASPICE, CMMI Dev Ver2.0 processes, etc
Problem analysis and problem solving, 7 QC tools
Statistical Process Control: Hypothesis testing, acceptance sampling, prediction; DoE, six Sigma • Internal Auditor, Quality Auditor, CSQA etc
