Job Summary The Procurement Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s procurement strategy, ensuring a stable supply of materials with competitive cost, quality, and delivery performance. This role oversees supplier management, purchasing planning, and procurement operations to support business growth and production continuity. 2. Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers while developing alternative and backup suppliers.
Lead supplier evaluation and performance improvement programs.
Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly procurement reports for senior management.
Control procurement costs and optimize purchasing budgets.
Handle supplier claims related to quality issues, delivery delays, or contract discrepancies.
Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives.
Monitor market trends and price fluctuations of key raw materials and propose cost- saving initiatives.
Coordinate with departments such as Production, Planning, R&D, Finance, and Import–Export to ensure smooth procurement operations.
Monitor material demand based on sales forecasts and production plans.
Manage purchasing activities including sourcing, supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and order management.
Manage import purchasing activities and ensure compliance with import regulations and customs procedures.
Ensure timely procurement of raw materials and supplies to support production and business operations.
Lead, train, and develop the procurement team.
Workplace: Lot A1- 6, N5 Street, Cu Chi North west Industrial Park, HCMC & 08 Phan Dinh Giot, Ward 2, Tan Binh District, HCMC
. (shuttle bus from Hochiminh City)
Working hour: 08:00- 17:30 (Monday- Friday)
Yêu cầu công việc
Knowledge of import/export processes and international sourcing is an advantage.
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
Strong analytical, leadership, and strategic planning abilities.
Good command of English communication and reporting.
At least 5–8 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, with 3- 5 years in a managerial role.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
