Procurement Specialist – Telecom Industry

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist to lead the end- to- end sourcing and contracting of
telecom services

• Evaluate proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and optimize cost structures
• Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare comparative analyses
• Collaborate with technical teams to monitor service performance and SLAs
• Oversee service renewals, contract timelines, compliance, and risk mitigation
• Lead the full procurement lifecycle for telecom services

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Procurement, Telecommunications, or related field
2+ years of experience in telecom/IT service procurement

Good practical knowledge of Networking (CCNA level)
• Solid understanding of RFP/RFQ processes and telecom service sourcing
• Ability to work effectively in cross- functional and international teams
• Strong negotiation, analytical thinking, and vendor management capabilities
Good command of English (written & spoken)
