Procurement Supervisor - Footwear Industry (Vietnam)

Execute procurement orders in accordance with production plans and purchasing requirements.
Issue procurement instructions to qualified suppliers.
Handle procurement order abnormalities in a timely manner.
Establish and maintain supplier profiles and related documentation.
Identify, evaluate, audit, and develop suppliers of shoe raw materials (leather, textiles, shoe soles, ETC.) in the Vietnamese market.
Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers on pricing, payment terms, delivery conditions, and other procurement terms.
Track procurement orders throughout the entire process to ensureon- time, in- quantity, and in- qualitydelivery.
Conduct cost analysis to support procurement cost control.
Collect and analyze raw material price information in the Vietnamese market.

Good communication, coordination, and problem- solving skills.
Nationality: Chinese.
No experience working with Adidas brand (due to differences in product categories).
Possess supply chain and supplier resources in the Vietnamese market; candidates must clearly specify key cooperative supplier resources when applying.
Must have long- term experience in the footwear/shoe industry.
Able to work independently and under pressure.
Strong supplier development, negotiation, and cost control capabilities.

Salary: Up to RMB 15,000/month.
Work location: Thanh Hoa Province, Northern Vietnam.
