Procurement Supervisor - Gaming or Hospitality Industry

Position Summary: The Procurement Supervisor supports the Procurement Manager by overseeing daily procurement operations to ensure the efficient and cost- effective acquisition of goods and services. This role involves supervising procurement officers, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate is skilled in negotiation, supply chain management, and possesses a background in the gaming or hospitality industry.

Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency.
Conduct risk management for supply contracts and address potential disruptions.
Oversee logistics and import processes, ensuring compliance with international and local regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to integrate procurement strategies with finance, legal, and operational requirements.
Supervise procurement officers in handling procurement requests and ensuring adherence to company policies.
Review and approve supplier interviews, quotations, and negotiations conducted by procurement officers.
Manage supplier relationships, including evaluating performance, contracts, and fostering collaborations.
Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, including supplier agreements, contracts, and compliance documents.
Assist in budget preparation and ensure expenditures align with budget allocations.
Monitor the preparation and submission of procurement and inventory reports.

Strong knowledge of supply chain management.
Proven negotiation skills to secure advantageous contract terms.
High level of professionalism and commitment to ethical procurement practices.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements related to procurement.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software systems.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.
Comprehensive knowledge of sourcing, quality standards, and inventory for the hospitality and fine dining industry.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in procurement, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
