Procurement Supervisor

The Procurement Supervisor supports the Procurement Manager by overseeing daily procurement operations to ensure the efficient and cost- effective acquisition of goods and services. This role involves supervising procurement officers, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate is skilled in negotiation, supply chain management, and possesses a background in the gaming or hospitality industry.
Duties may include but are not limited to:

Manage supplier relationships, including evaluating performance, contracts, and fostering collaborations.
Assist in budget preparation and ensure expenditures align with budget allocations.
Review and approve supplier interviews, quotations, and negotiations conducted by procurement officers.
Conduct risk management for supply contracts and address potential disruptions.
Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, including supplier agreements, contracts, and compliance documents.
Monitor the preparation and submission of procurement and inventory reports.
Collaborate with other departments to integrate procurement strategies with finance, legal, and operational requirements.
Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency.
Supervise procurement officers in handling procurement requests and ensuring adherence to company policies.
Oversee logistics and import processes, ensuring compliance with international and local regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

High level of professionalism and commitment to ethical procurement practices.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in procurement, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
