Do you thrive on bringing stories to life, managing the chaos of creativity, and ensuring every project hits the mark?
We’re looking for a Producer who’s both a strategist and a storyteller — someone who understands filmmaking from the ground up and can balance the art and the execution with precision.
If you’re detail- oriented, calm under pressure, and love collaborating with creative teams to turn ideas into impactful stories, this might be your next chapter.
Key Responsibilities
Manage budgets, schedules, and resources — ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest quality.
Lead production from start to finish — from concept development and pre- production planning to final delivery.
Coordinate with external suppliers — negotiating rates, managing contracts, and following up on payments.
Support client servicing — ensure clients are informed, engaged, and satisfied with project progress and outcomes.
Coordinate cross- functional teams including directors, writers, editors, and crew to ensure creative vision and practical execution stay aligned.
Communicate clearly and consistently with both internal teams and clients, maintaining alignment throughout the production process.
Oversee creative quality control, including reviewing scripts, cuts, and final outputs, and providing constructive feedback.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills — a true team player who connects creative and operational minds.
Foundational understanding of filmmaking and production processes.
Highly organized and detail- oriented, with a knack for problem- solving.
Proven experience as a Producer in film, documentary, or branded storytelling.
Experience managing budgets, timelines, and deliverables across multiple projects.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Vietnamese is highly preferred.
Preferred Skills
Ability to thrive in fast- paced, dynamic production environments.
Interest or experience in writing and story development is a plus.
Familiarity with industry- standard production tools and workflows.
