Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated PCF / LCA Specialist to join our sustainability team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, calculating, and managing the environmental impacts of our products, with a particular emphasis on Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) analysis, Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), and Environmental Product Declarations (EPD). You will work crossfunctionally with product development, procurement, supply chain, and compliance teams to ensure accurate environmental reporting, support eco- design strategies, and drive sustainability improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Responsibilities
Prepare transparent, standard- compliant LCA, PCF, EPD reports for customers, regulatory submissions and internal stakeholders.
In charge of the Environmental matters for the Vietnam Site’s manufacturing expansion Projects. ( if have)
Monitor regulatory developments, international sustainability standards, and customer requirements related to PCF / LCA.
Conduct Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) calculations in line with relevant standards (e.g., ISO 14067, GHG Protocol Product Standard).
Provide environmental insights to product development teams to support emission reduction and circular economy strategies.
Prepare and manage Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) in line with ISO 14025, EN 15804, and product category rules (PCRs).
Perform full Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) in accordance with ISO 14040/14044 and related guidelines.
Provide training and guidance to internal teams on LCA methodology, tools, and data management.
Work with suppliers to improve data quality and reduce environmental impacts across the value chain.

Collect, validate, and manage environmental data from internal departments and suppliers.
Administrative & Coordination Task
Prepare and provide standardised sustainability documentation (e.g., EPDs, PCF/LCA summaries) on request.
Respond to the customer and sales team inquiries regarding sustainability data, product environmental performance, and certifications.
Qualifications & Experience
Familiarity with environmental standards (ISO 14040/44, ISO 14067, ISO 14025/EN 15804) is helpful but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
Proficiency in MS Oice (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Experience with data analysis or environmental software tools is a plus, but not mandatory.
Vocational training, technical degree, or university degree in Engineering, Environmental
Science, Sustainability, Industrial Ecology, or another relevant field – or equivalent.
Ideally experience (2- 5 years) conducting PCF and/or LCA and preferably EPD preparation in an industrial, consultancy, or research setting – however, motivated career changers are encouraged to apply.
Strong technical and analytical skills with the motivation to develop expertise in PCF, LCA, and EPD methodologies.
