JOB DESCRIPTION:
- We do not hire "UI Painters". We hire Product Designers.
- At Jemmia, product design isn&039;t split into fragmented roles like UX, UI, front- end, or copywriter. It&039;s all one role. This means our designers are exceptional generalists. You will pair directly with a back- end programmer to bring designs, features, and products to life, setting the bar for quality and shaping the direction of our technology.
- We rarely open this role. We&039;re looking for a designer, not a decorator. A product builder, not a picture maker. A shipper, not a prototyper. There&039;s plenty of the latter, but we&039;re after the former.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You are a Generalist: You own end- to- end experience, combining great visual sensibilities with practical execution.
- You are AI- Native: You don&039;t waste days Lorem Ipsum- ing or searching for stock photos. You use AI to generate copy, create assets, and synthesize user research instantly, so you can focus on Logic, Flow, and Emotion.
- You are a Builder: You don&039;t just hand off Figma files and walk away. You care deeply about implementation. You understand HTML/CSS constraints and curate the experience until it is live in production.
- You are a Manager of One: You don&039;t need a PM to hand you requirements. You talk to users, define the solution, and design the "Happy Path" AND the "Edge Cases."
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to write your own production- quality front- end HTML and CSS.
- High degree of ownership, initiative, and curiosity.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills- you see the big picture, sweat the details, and aren&039;t afraid to speak up when something doesn&039;t make sense.
- Exceptional Vietnamese copywriting skills- you design with real words that solve real problems.
- With 3 years of professional experience.
- Track record of shipping high- quality, maintainable products (not just conceptualizing them).
