Product Developer Assistant Manager (New Factory)

Review technical regulations, intellectual property, procurement conditions, and quality control requirements together with relevant team members.
Create new business ideas and develop new products based on market needs and internal direction.
Perform other tasks as assigned
Discuss and decide product details with various stakeholders such as R&D, manufacturing, sales, marketing, Japan team, and overseas members.
Follow up on all development steps to ensure progress and alignment with the plan.
Take charge of planning for new products of ceiling fan and ventilation fan in Vietnam.
Conduct market research and market analysis — including demand, trends, customer insights, and competitor information — through market visits, desk research, and customer meetings.
Summarize all related information and documents according to internal planning requirements.

Have strong knowledge of Marketing – Kotler Theory, PEST, SWOT, 3C, 4P, 5 Force etc.
Be proficient in computer skills (Microsoft Office, Power BI etc.)
Have at least 5 years of experience in Product Planning/ Engineering/ Marketing
Education: University/ College/ Vocational School
Language: Business English.
Communication skills, organizational skills, analytical and problem- solving skills.
