Product Developer, Life Cycle Management

Position Description
This role responsible for partnering with the product development, marketing and supply chain to implement innovation and DtV plans for categories in EM. Delivering the innovation and DtV plans on time with highest quality product to market. Develop solutions to address market specific challenges/opportunities that they are in responsible. This role reports to Sector LCM Lead. This role requires a highly collaborative individual living the performance driven culture, who can work closely with cross functions and ABU teams and manage of execution in excellence.
​Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
• Lead the Regional implementation of regional product innovations and renovations in line with Strategic Business Plan, this in full collaboration with cross- functional team. Activities include:
- Lead execution of project after BFC
- Lead project risk assessments (RAM)
- Coordinate Regional appropriations and IMF at BFC stage
• Ensure BU compliance with Corporate, Sector and Regulatory & Safety requirements as relate to product
• Works to agreed safety standards and leads by example, ensuring compliance with company and country regulations. 
• Leads, understands feasibility & capability to implement product & materials cost savings initiatives to deliver Cost Transformation business targets
• Lead continuous improvement and problem solving initiatives

• Highly developed collaboration skills with an ability to work and influence multi- functions
• +5 years of experience in R&E innovation. Professional background in innovation processes
• Degree in industrial engineering or science
• Prefer experience in product development and innovation adoption in BCC/FC/AC business.
​Leadership Competencies / Qualifications
• Experience in building innovation pathways cost effectively with end user target and growth in mind.
• Experience in managing DtV projects to execution
