About the Role
We are looking for a Product Lifecycle Management Lead to drive product changes, cost optimization, and innovation projects for Kimberly- Clark. This role is key to ensuring our products meet consumer expectations while improving efficiency and sustainability.
What You Will Do

Maintain product specifications and manage material supply risks.
Lead projects to optimize product cost and implement design- to- value initiatives.
Manage product changes and ensure smooth implementation across global teams.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Collaborate globally with raw material, product development, quality, logistics, and planning teams.
Support innovation by leading trials and introducing new product improvements.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Science, or related field.
Experience: Background in FMCG, product development, or lifecycle management.
Skills:
Strong English communication skills.
Ability to work with multicultural, global teams.
Negotiation and conflict management skills are a plus.
Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
