Product Development Engineer (R&D)

• Research, design, and test products (including structure, materials, processing, assembly, and packaging) to ensure compliance with technical, aesthetic, and cost standards.
• Prepare R&D progress reports, test results, and technical proposals for management review.
• Manage product technical data (BOM, drawings, technical standards, assembly instructions).
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of new products after launch and propose continuous improvement solutions.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Procurement, and Quality departments to conduct trial production, assess feasibility, and optimize processes.
• Participate in the development, improvement, and localization of new Hunter Douglas Indochina products according to market demands.
