Product Engineer Leader

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Product Engineer Leader is responsible for all product and system development of Myspa and Glow Me Up.
This role owns the full product journey — from idea, planning, development, launch, to improvement. The position works closely with leadership and other teams to make sure products support real business needs and grow with the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Product Ownership & Strategy

Own product direction and priorities for both Myspa and Glow Me Up.
Define what to build and when, based on business goals and user needs.
Take full responsibility for product results, not just features.

Product Development & Delivery

Lead product and system projects from start to finish.
Ensure products are delivered on time and with good quality.
Manage product roadmaps and development plans.
Improve products after launch using feedback and performance data.

System & Technology

Ensure systems are stable, secure, and scalable.
Guide development of web apps, mobile apps, and SaaS platforms.
Manage integrations such as API, payment, CRM, ERP, and automation.
Choose practical technologies suitable for the company stage.

Team & Cross- functional Collaboration

Lead and support Product, Engineering, QA, and UI/UX teams.
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service.
Help teams work together smoothly and solve problems quickly.
Use customer and market insights to improve products.

Performance & Risk Management

Set clear product KPIs / OKRs for both brands.
Make sure product work supports real business outcomes.
Identify risks early and take action to reduce them.
Be accountable for overall product performance.

Other Tasks

Participate in product planning and strategy discussions with leadership.
Support company initiatives related to technology and systems.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Experience with SaaS or technology platforms is a plus.
Able to think about both product and business needs.
Good communication and problem- solving skills.
Comfortable working in a fast- moving startup environment.
Knowledge of Fintech, E- commerce, Healthtech, CRM/ERP is an advantage.
Experience working with Engineering, QA, UI/UX, and Business teams.
Experience leading and delivering projects independently.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
4–6 years of experience in product or system development.
