Product Engineer (Sofa 3D Frame)

Responsible for
Frame of Upholstery (UPH) Products
, facilitate to get all projects relating to Frame complete on time in full.

Update layout & template cardboard drawing to ECO update during the period PP.
Design New frame & hardware & hardwood drawing and update the system.
Design layout & template Poly/Fiber drawing then update to system.
Review and provide technical advice and support to resolve product issues during the period PP.
Collecting, constructing, controlling, and updating technical documents of new products to ready mass production
Update layout & template Poly/Fiber drawing to ECO update during the period PP.
Design layout & template Cardboard drawing then update to system.
Frame & hardware& hardwood drawing to ECO update during the period PP.
Design new frame & product by OEM request with 4 values "Design- Quality- Cost- Delivery" and follow 3F "Form- Fit- Function".

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering majors.

Experience:

Expert user of Excel and statistical analysis, especially in graphic design.
Strong in MS Office, Statistical software, AutoCAD 2D- 3D, SolidWorks software
CNC programming knowledge will be preferred.
Have knowledge process about furniture product (sofa product), technical product, design.
From 1 year of engineering experience in elevant role in large labor- intensive manufacturing company.

Knowledge of:

Theory of constraints.
Project management.
Budgeting and cost control.
Statistical process control.
Change management.
Lean thinking, lean manufacturing.
