Product Executive

Product Support & Data Management

Ensure all product- related documents (Excel files, price lists, photos, fact sheets) are accurate and well- organized.
Assist in updating and maintaining product databases, including descriptions, pricing, and logistics details.
Help consolidate feedback from inspections and operations to improve product quality.

Internal Coordination & Team Support

Support the Production Manager in Hanoi and the Senior Production Executive in Danang with daily tasks and ongoing projects.
Assist with scheduling, preparing documents, and tracking follow- ups for inspections, meetings, and product updates.
Follow directions provided by the Production Manager and take initiative to learn new skills and processes related to the role.
Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams to help move projects forward.

Market Research & Benchmarking

Research competitors’ offerings and travel trends in Central Vietnam to identify opportunities for product development.
Support destination benchmarking to ensure Easia’s products are relevant and competitive.

Inspection & Product Development Assistance

Help prepare inspection reports and product launch documents.
Collect useful content (stories, contacts, photos) for future use by the Marketing and Sales teams.
Join product inspections with senior staff to take notes, photos, and assist with logistics.

Interdepartmental Collaboration

Assist in preparing internal training materials and support sales with information requests.
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Reservations teams to ensure product readiness and clarify product features.

Advanced computer skills is a plus.
At least 1 year of experience in Tourism field
Good communication in English (spoken and written); knowledge of French is a plus.
Interest in tourism, and sustainable travel.
Willingness to learn, follow guidance, and contribute positively to the team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Having experience in this position or similar and have an understanding of tourism activities in the Central and Central Highlands regions is a plus.
