The Core Job

Define and refine product requirements, balancing technical feasibility, user needs, and business goals.
Prioritize product features and improvements based on data- driven insights, user feedback, and A/B testing results.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and ethical guidelines.
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and data teams to translate technical advancements into practical, user- friendly applications.
Monitor key performance metrics, such as user engagement, feature adoption, and operational efficiency, to inform continuous improvements.
Handle client communications, gathering feedback, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment between product deliverables and customer needs.
Stay up to date with emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory considerations to drive innovation.
Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive user experiences tailored to complex interactions.

You Must Have

Excellent organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Self- motivated, data- driven, responsible, and process- oriented with a strong ability to execute.
Hands- on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.
Strong communication skills, both client- facing and internal, with fluency in Vietnamese and English.
Proven experience in product or project management within the technology sector.
