Product Marketing Specialist

ASUS is seeking an energetic, hard- working and creative marketer to contribute to our Components marketing team. The Components product marketing specialist is responsible for developing the Go- To- Market plan of the components product (mainboard, VGA, monitor, etc.), overseeing its implementation including tracking and analyzing the performance of branding, activity & promotional campaigns. You will co- work with other marketing members and sales team to ensure good execution and all marketing activities are in line with brand identity & messaging. You will report directly to Components Marketing Manager.
What are you expected to do?
In your daily duties, you will:
• Market intelligence- be the expert on buyers&039; behavior & purchasing journey – and understand the competitive landscape to integrate with Marketing planning
• Follow up and assess the effectiveness of the marketing programs on an ongoing basis
• Collaborate with product management and marketing manager to develop product positioning and messaging for target buyer personas
• Copywrite, develop and maintain marketing materials to support all communications
• Work with various teams (design, content, digital, product, sales) to implement planned MKT activities
• Develop a Go- To- Market plan (including key activities and budgets) for new product launch
We would be thrilled if you own the following qualities
• Proficient in Microsoft Power Point and Excel
• Up- to- date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and web analytics
• Able to work independently & under pressure
• Understanding and passion for the Tech Industry
• Strong analytical skills and data- driven thinking
• At least 2 year experience as a Product Marketing / Brand Manager or similar role
• Bachelor&039;s degree in marketing, business, communication or related field
• Fluent English (Mandarin is a plus)
• Full understanding of Google, Facebook, Instagram related boosting mechanism and content formats and KPI measurement
• Excellent communication & management skills to interact with colleagues, cross- functional teams and third parties
• Excellent organization methods and skills
