Product Marketing Specialist (Củ Chi - Free Shuttle Bus)

Handles sample arrangements from Vietnam factory to the customers and regions and supports Hong Kong, China, and Vietnam teams in their daily operations and paperwork.

Acquire data from and update Oracle ERP system.
Handle sample arrangement from start to finish (submit requests, prepare samples, pack, ship out and track approval).
Support supply chain processes such as order processing, shipping and PMC planning.
Prepare quotes and Excel reports.
Vietnam related travel and admin support.
Assist in account management including coordination with customers and internal departments such as factory operations, engineering team and packaging team to ensure timely delivery of projects and products.
Provide support to Marketing and Project Management team (in VN, China and Hong Kong) to resolve issues in order fulfillment and production/shipment release, especially for tasks requiring physical presence in Vietnam.

Well- organized individual with good communication skills and positive can- do attitude
Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
Basic understanding of trading, import & export activities
Good command of written and spoken English is a must
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Willing to learn, a good team player and self- motivated
Mandarin language is a plus
3 years relevant experience in manufacturing industry of consumer products, with good understanding of factory operations
Preferably with experience working with product development teams or consumer goods projects
Basic understanding of finance and accounting
Experience with ERP system, preferably Oracle
