Product Specialist (Dermatology Products)

Coordinate with other departments (if necessary)
Visit customers and create/maintain relationships with existing/potential customers.
Collect market surveys if requested by marketing.
Report all sales- related activities according to the company&039;s form.
Capture market and competitor information to report and propose sales and marketing strategies.
Understand the company&039;s regulations and procedures.
Learn to understand the process of large and small scale beauty salon and spa, chains, having knowledge of bidding is a plus.
Learn and manage customers, develop potential customer data.
Understand product knowledge to introduce dermatology products to customers, resolve customer questions and complaints.

Good- looking appearance, good knowledge in the beauty field.
Have 1- 2 years of experience working in the field of beauty/cosmetics/medical equipment related to aesthetics.
Ability to work under high pressure and understanding the assigned area is an advantage.
Work independently, be honest, good listener, and eager to learn.
Graduated: College or higher in economics, marketing… preferably pharmacy.
Good communication, negotiation and customer persuasion skills.
